Welcome to MellowMatch, a connection platform designed especially for individuals living with ME/CFS and other chronic health conditions. By accessing or using MellowMatch, you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose of the Platform
MellowMatch is intended for:
- Making safe and intentional social connections
- Connecting respectfully with others
- Sharing interests, experiences, and support
We are not a matchmaking service, medical service, or emergency support platform.
2. Eligibility
By using MellowMatch you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- Any information you provide is truthful
- You are using the platform for personal and non-commercial interaction
3. User Responsibilities
By participating, you agree not to:
- Harass, pressure, intimidate, or exploit users
- Share someone else's profile, photos, or messages without explicit permission
- Impersonate another person
- Use automated bots, scraping tools, or programmatic extraction
- Promote scams, hateful activities, or medical misinformation
4. Messaging & Communication
Messages between users are private between sender and receiver.
However:
- You are responsible for what you send
- You must not use communication to harm others
- You must not solicit money, products, or services
If another user makes you uncomfortable:

5. Profile Content & Media
Anything you upload—photos, text, descriptions—must:
- Belong to you
- Not contain explicit content
- Not violate privacy or safety of others
Do not upload:
- Images of minors
- Photo scans of documents or IDs
- Medical records
6. Account Data & Removal
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon deletion:
- Your profile and uploaded images will be removed
- Your messages may persist solely in conversations with other users
7. Availability & Reliability
The platform is provided "AS-IS."
There are no guarantees regarding uptime, continuation, or contact outcomes.
This service may change, pause, or discontinue at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
MellowMatch is not liable for:
- Relationship outcomes
- Offline meetings
- Misconduct of other users
- Misrepresentation of health status
- Emotional or social consequences of interaction
Always exercise caution when sharing personal information.
9. Amendments
These Terms may be updated without direct notice.
Continued use means acceptance.
